My name is Ricky. I am 1.5 quarters away from graduating
with an AA at Pierce College. My major is CNE (computer networking engineer).
Basically I am graduating as a computer nerd. I currently work at Microsoft as
a paid computer nerd. And most of my free time is spent with my lovely wife or
being a regular unpaid nerd at home.
Ecological background:
Truth be told I do not have too much experience or understanding in this area. My expertise mostly comes from documentaries, though I have watched a lot of them. I do see the importance and danger of landfills and I am extremely impressed by Sweden's recycling and trash into energy initiative. I also try to do my part; reusable grocery bags, Tupperware instead of sandwich bags, recycling, etc. In addition I carpool and take mass transit to get to work. I understand the importance of doing my part.
Fun Stuff:
My hobbies include video games (PS3, PC, and Xbox one in the near future), reading comics (Chew, Avengers, Capt. America, etc), watching movies, watching TV, playing board games (Ticket to Ride, Munchkins, etc), and hanging out with my wife and our dog. One hobby that always feels weird to talk about is beer. I love trying different kinds of beers and reviewing them. I also have recently got involved in beer brewing. I am not very good yet, but I am hoping to make my own recipe in the near future. Oh yeah I love to BBQ.
